What this page covers

Who runs this site, and the rules we work by

SuplemenPria is an independent information site about natural supplements, vitamins, and minerals for men in Indonesia. We do not sell products and we do not run a store. Our work is reading what is on the shelf, checking it against public sources, and writing it up so a normal person can make a decision without a nutrition degree. Below you will find who writes the pages, how research is done, what we count as a fact, and how corrections reach us.

Who we are

We are a small editorial team based in Surabaya, working out of Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 129 in Embong Kaliasin. The team combines people who have spent time in Indonesian pharmacy retail and people who write for a living. Nobody here is a doctor, and we do not pretend to be one. What we do have is a working familiarity with how supplements are actually labeled, marketed, and sold in this market.

That split shapes every page. The retail side of the team knows which claims appear on the box, which registration marks show up in listings, and how shelf space is actually allotted. The writing side turns that into plain sentences. When one of us cannot explain a point to the other without jargon, the point gets rewritten.

If a question about your own health comes up while you read, we point you to a doctor or pharmacist instead of answering it ourselves. That is the whole reason the last line above exists.

What we are not

We are not a pharmacy, a clinic, or a distributor. We do not dispense medical advice, and we cannot tell you whether a supplement is right for your health situation. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have specific concerns, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. Our role is informational, and we try to stay clearly inside it.

Why this site exists

Indonesia has no shortage of supplement listings and very little plain-language explanation. A man searching for a multivitamin gets a wall of stamina banners and limited ingredient detail. We started SuplemenPria because the gap between the marketing and the label is where most buying mistakes happen. If we can make ingredient order, capsule count, and registration checks feel routine, we have done our job.

That gap shows up in ordinary ways. A listing might call a blend proprietary and never state how much of each herb is inside. A capsule count might be quoted per bottle in one place and per serving in another. B vitamins may be described as good for energy without saying that they support normal energy metabolism rather than acting as a stimulant. None of that is exotic knowledge, but it is rarely written down in one readable place.

We write for the reader who is comparing men's vitamin supplements on a phone, in a shop aisle, with two minutes to spare. That reader needs format, capsule count, listed ingredients, and how to check a registration mark — not a promise.

What a reader checks first

Three things decide most supplement comparisons before any health claim enters the room.

Ingredient order on the label listed by weight
Capsule count and serving size per bottle vs per dose
Registration mark on the pack visible and readable

Most listings we read stop short of the pack itself

How we research products

We start with what is publicly visible: marketplace listings, pharmacy product pages, brand sites, and health publisher roundups. From there we pull out the facts that survive scrutiny, things like format, capsule count, listed ingredients, and stated serving instructions. When a product appears in several places with conflicting details, we say so rather than picking the version that reads best. We do not accept payment for coverage and we do not take affiliate commissions.

Step one

Collect the public record

Listings, product pages, brand sites, and publisher roundups. We read them side by side before writing a word.

Step two

Keep what survives scrutiny

Format, capsule count, listed ingredients, serving instructions. Anything that only appears in marketing copy gets left out.

Step three

Report the conflicts

When sources disagree, the disagreement goes into the page. Picking the version that reads best would be a disservice.

Two rules keep this honest. No payment changes what we write, and no affiliate commission is attached to any link. If those two rules ever cost us access to a brand, that is a cost we accept. Men's health support content becomes useless the moment the reader suspects the ranking was bought.

What counts
as evidence

What we treat as a fact

A fact on this site is something we can point to: a listed ingredient, a stated capsule count, a visible registration number, a product's presence in a named retail or publisher listing. We do not repeat health claims as if they were established, and we do not convert "traditionally used for" into "proven to do." Where an ingredient has a well-known role, like B vitamins in normal energy metabolism, we describe the role in plain terms and stop there.

How we handle uncertainty

Some things simply are not clear from public information. Exact botanical extract concentrations, for instance, are often omitted from listings. When that is the case, we say the information is not available rather than filling the gap with a guess. If new public information appears and it changes what we wrote, we update the page and note the change.

Common gaps we run into: the extract ratio behind a herbal blend, whether a capsule count refers to the bottle or a serving, whether a listed registration number matches the pack a reader is holding, and whether a formula has changed since the listing was written. Where we cannot close a gap, the page says so. A reader who knows what is unknown can still compare products on the details that are stable.

How products get covered

Products land on our pages because they show up repeatedly in Indonesian men's wellness searches and listings. Healthpeak, Herbapoten, X-Gra, Epimaxx, Nuvita Nutri Men, FertilAid for Men, L-Men, and Evolene all appear in public sources we can name. Coverage is not endorsement. A product can be popular and still be a poor fit for your routine, and our job is to give you enough detail to see the difference.

Listed in public sources

A published editorial review

Comparing a listing against the pack, at home

Coverage starts when a product keeps appearing across several sources we can name, not when a brand asks for a page. From there we describe what the public record shows: format, capsule count, listed ingredients, and how the product presents itself. Popular products for men get the same treatment as unfamiliar ones, which means a well-known name can land a middling description if that is what the record supports.

Two labels do a lot of work on our pages. Appearance in a public listing means the product exists and can be found. A published review on this site means we have read the public sources and written up what they show. Popularity sits in the first column and never proves fitness. Whether a supplement fits your routine also depends on what else you take, what your doctor has told you, and how you plan to use it.

On our pages

  • Listed format and capsule count
  • Named ingredients with stated amounts where published
  • Where each product was seen in public sources
  • Open gaps, stated as gaps

Not on our pages

  • Rankings sold to a brand
  • Health claims repeated as settled fact
  • Affiliate links dressed as opinions
  • Guessed extract ratios presented as facts

Corrections

If we have described a product inaccurately, tell us. Send the product name, the page, and what you believe is wrong, ideally with a link to the packaging or listing you are referencing. We review correction requests and update pages where the evidence supports it. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong.

What to include in a correction

  • The product name exactly as it appears on the pack or listing
  • Which page you were reading, and the sentence you think is wrong
  • A link or photograph of the packaging, listing, or source you are citing
  • How you would like to be contacted if we need to ask a follow-up

For questions about a product in your cupboard rather than our pages, a pharmacist or doctor is the right person to ask. We keep our own answers inside what the public record can support.

Questions readers send us

The same few questions come in most weeks. Here they are with the answers we give.

Do you receive payment from the brands on this site?

No. We do not accept payment for coverage and we do not take affiliate commissions. Products appear on our pages because they show up repeatedly in public listings and searches, and we say where they were seen.

Can you tell me which supplement is right for me?

No, and we will not pretend to. We are not a pharmacy or a clinic, and we cannot dispense medical advice. What we can do is lay out format, capsule count, and listed ingredients so the conversation with your doctor or pharmacist starts from facts rather than banners.

Why do some product pages have less detail than others?

Because some public listings publish less. Extract concentrations and blend ratios are frequently omitted, and when they are, we say the information is not available instead of estimating. A shorter page is usually a thinner public record, not a shorter effort.

How often do you update a page?

When new public information changes what we wrote. That might be a reformulated product, a corrected capsule count, or a listing that disappears. We update the page and note what changed rather than quietly editing the sentence.

Where do healthy lifestyle products fit into your coverage?

Capsules are one item on a longer list. Food, sleep, movement, and how a product fits into an existing routine matter more than any single bottle. We describe supplements as supporting normal intakes, never as replacing the rest of the picture.

Where to go next

If you came here to check the team before trusting a comparison, the three pages below are where the work actually lives. The ingredients guide explains what common vitamins and minerals for men do in normal metabolism. The comparison page lines up popular products against the same criteria. The buying guide walks through what to prepare before you buy. Natural capsules for strength and vitality deserve the same scrutiny as anything else on the shelf, and these pages apply it.

Our editorial promise

Every page on SuplemenPria is written to be checkable. If you cannot trace a sentence back to a listing, a pack, or a named source, we have not finished the page.

That standard is why we keep the site informational, refuse paid placements, and hand health questions back to qualified professionals. It is also why corrections are welcome rather than resisted.
